CCEA Wins the 2007 UK Excellence Award

We are delighted to announce that CCEA has been awarded the 2007 UK Excellence Award by the British Quality Foundation.

This is the most prestigious award for businesses in the UK’s public and private sectors. It is recognition that all aspects of an organisation’s business are effective, including its service to customers.

We see the award as proof of the improvements we have made to our products and services in recent years. It is also evidence that you, our customers, are satisfied with those improvements.

However, winning the award does not mean we will sit back, relax, and become complacent. We want to do better. We will continue to listen to you and act on what you tell us. We remain as committed as ever to improving how we do things and what we produce.

We can only succeed if you let us know where we do well and where we need to improve. That’s why we encourage you to complete our annual customer survey. Tell us where we can do better.
